11. The Pioneer “We Own It” Guarantee
- 90-Day Performance Guarantee: If your documented cleaning-related complaints don’t drop within the first 90 days, Pioneer will refund your third month of service in full.
- Day-by-Day Assurance: After 90 days, if Pioneer fails to meet contracted cleaning standards on any given day—and you notify us within 24 hours via our official feedback channels—we will refund or credit that day’s service fee.
- Scope of Coverage: This guarantee applies only to services outlined in the contract (e.g., trash removal, surface sanitization, restrooms). It does not cover facility maintenance issues, consumable shortages, or messes created after cleaning.
- Complaint Submission: To qualify for a refund, issues must be reported within 24 hours using Pioneer’s designated system (QR code, online form, or phone).
- Policy Adjustments: Pioneer reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. However, existing clients retain the terms active at their contract start.
12. SMS Messaging Program
By opting into our SMS messaging program, you can expect to receive various types of messages, including but not limited to:
– Reminder messages
– Notifications regarding scheduled appointments
– Messages related to our services offered
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by simply texting “STOP” to the message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to 509-220-2630. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
